General Definitions
Betting Company: Refers to the Xparibet website (hereinafter referred to as the Internet Resource), an online platform that enables users to place bets on sporting events.
Affiliate Program: A marketing initiative by the Company aimed at attracting new users to its Internet Resource. The Company provides affiliates with promotional links, banners, and text materials, compensating them with a percentage of the revenue generated from referred customers.
Affiliate: A webmaster (individual or legal entity) who adheres to the terms of the Company’s Affiliate Program at Xparibet’s official affiliate website and directs new users to the Company’s Internet Resource, thereby promoting its products.
Players: Customers who have registered on the Xparibet website through an Affiliate’s referral link.
Revenue: The commission earned by the Affiliate, which is a share of the profits generated by the players they referred.
Payout: The transfer of the Affiliate’s earned revenue from their internal account in the Affiliate Program to an external payment method.
Promotional Materials: A collection of marketing assets, including banners, landing pages, and tracking links, provided to Affiliates for promoting Xparibet’s products.
General Provisions
- Affiliates must carefully review and accept the terms of the Affiliate Program before joining.
- Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to participate.
- Affiliates are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and personal information. The Company is not liable for damages caused by improper handling of account details.
Use of Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are prohibited from replicating the appearance or content of Xparibet’s website, trademarks, or branding.
- The use of the Company’s logos, graphics, and marketing materials is permitted only with prior approval, except for resources explicitly provided within the Affiliate Program.
- Affiliates cannot register domains, websites, or applications using the Company’s brand names.
- The use of Xparibet’s trademarks or brand-related keywords in search engine advertising or meta tags is strictly forbidden.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the Agreement’s terms at any time, with changes published on the Affiliate Program website.
- Affiliates are provided with promotional materials, but they may adjust accompanying text as long as it remains compliant with the Company’s guidelines.
- Unauthorized promotional methods, including spam, contextual advertising, or misleading traffic that exploits the Company’s brand, are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in account termination and blocking.
Traffic and Compliance
- Cookie Stuffing Prohibited: Affiliates may not use tactics such as opening the Xparibet website in invisible iframes or using cookie manipulation scripts.
- The Company may request traffic source details at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in account suspension.
- Affiliates are permitted only one account unless explicitly approved by the Company. Creating multiple accounts or sub-affiliate registrations is prohibited.
- Affiliates cannot register player accounts using their own referral links or promo codes.
- If an Affiliate stops displaying promotional materials, their commission rate may be reduced to the base rate of 50%.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected policy violations. Payments may be paused until issues are resolved.
Communication & Conduct
- Aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate communication with Company representatives is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Any confidential information shared during communication with Xparibet’s management must not be disclosed to third parties.
- Affiliates may not use images, videos, or likenesses of Xparibet ambassadors, including public figures, in promotional materials without approval.
CPA Model Terms
- Affiliates must contact their Affiliate Program manager to activate CPA terms.
- A minimum of 10 First Deposits (FDs) is required for CPA payouts.
- Players who are already registered Xparibet users will not count toward CPA commissions.
- The Company’s branded services under “Xparibet” are restricted in certain regions. Users from these locations will be informed of such restrictions.
Referral Fee
Affiliate commissions are based on Xparibet’s net profit from referred players. The default commission rate starts at 50%, but the Company reserves the right to adjust it at its discretion.
Payment of Fees
- Payments are processed every Tuesday, provided that the Affiliate has referred at least 10 active depositors, with a minimum deposit of ₽5,000 or $/€70.
- If these conditions are not met, commissions will be held until the requirements are fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution
- Affiliates can submit disputes or complaints in writing to the Company’s support email (affiliate@xparibet.com).
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
- The use of offensive language, false claims, or misleading information in complaints is strictly prohibited.
